"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." Matthew 11:28

Merry Christmas! From Alex: We received one of our most favorite Christmas gifts ever: Noe smiling, sitting up and even walking! This afternoon Noe had a great physical therapy session! Noe was able to sit up in a wheel chair, walk 10 yards with a walker and whisper Merry Christmas to the boys!! She even stayed up long enough to greet Santa Claus! She will remain in the ICU until Friday and then will be transferred downstairs to the Santa Rosa Memorial Rehab Unit for more intensive physical, occupational and speech therapy. Noe is on her way to recovery. The family requests no visitors at this time.

We are once again thankful for all the friends and family that have encouraged and supported us with their prayers, gifts, cards and comments on the blog! Most of all, we are thankful for experiencing first hand the love, peace and joy of the Christmas season through all of you!! May the peace and joy of God be with you all as you celebrate Christmas!

Yea Noe. It was so great seeing your smiling face, eyes wide open, and waving good-bye when I left with both hands. What a great CHRISTMAS present to your family and everyone. Your smile was the best. Even though I'll miss coming in and seeing the days I work, I promise to stop by and see how your doing in rehab. I'm glad to see that Luke and Noah got a wonderful Xmas present too. MERRY CHRISTMAS to you and your family.

It's great to see your face again! and your smiling--what a gift. It's a good thing you like to exercise because it sounds like you have a lot of hard work ahead of you. If anyone can do this, you can! Your Airport club friends tell me how tireless you are there. Merry Christmas to all of you, Jennifer
