ICU Day 12...Romans 12:12

Noe started the day tired and slow to respond. Based on the morning respiratory therapy assessment, she is still not ready to come off the ventilator. Dr. Warner, the infectious disease doctor, says the WBC count has been normal for 2 days! She has successfully completed her course of treatment for meningitis!! Now we have to wait on her breathing to improve and the swelling in her brain to subside! Please continue to pray that she gets stronger and becomes more alert. The family requests no visitors at this time. Alex is continuing to read the comments to Noe. Please click on "comment" below so Noe can hear from you.

"Yet the LORD longs to be gracious to you; he rises to show you compassion. For the LORD is a God of justice. Blessed are all who wait for him!" Isaiah 30:18

"Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer." Romans 12:12

Noe, You're on a long run, but it just takes one foot in front of the other, one breath in and one breath out, one after the other, and another...you're getting stronger. patience and perseverance are getting you a little further along. You can do it! You’ve got an army of cheerleaders that know you can, and we’ll throw you a heck of a party when you do! Breathe!
love

ALOHA KA'UA!

Our Dearest Noe,
We just want to let you know that the battle may not be over and that we are here with you all the way! We will never leave you just as our Father and Akua would not leave you either.
We have been following the "blog" on a daily basis. I check it in the morning, at work and when I get home. Barbara and the girls ask about you all the time. They want to know how our Noe is doing.
If I could give you some of my strength, I would do that. You are such a beautiful and young lady and you are loved by so many people. Yes it's been a while since we've seen one another but I do look forward to once again seeing you, Alex and the boys again. Maybe the next time we can go to Windsor instead of you guys coming to Pleasanton.
We wish you well my sistah. Sleep well.
Malama Pono.

Aloha Nui Loa,

Marvin, Barbara and Girls

Hi, Noe. This is Judy, Tiff's aunt, again. I know you are very special to Tiff, so I know that you ARE special. My church and women's Bible study group are both praying for you. As you are there resting in the hospital, I think of the Scripture that God's angels minister to His beloved while they sleep, so I know that His angels are ministering to you right now. Rest well, and breathe well! Judy

Noe, we are lifting you up throughout the day and night. Don't give up! Remember Paul saying, "In due time we shall reap if we do not lose heart." The Lord can do ANYTHING and is in the business of restoration and resurrection. All will be well...

So much love surrounding you and your family,

Noe - You have unbelievable strength and determination and WILL make a complete recovery. We will all miss you at our Christmas party and I'm sure your name will be mentioned a couple hundred times : ). When you come home, we will have our BIG Thanksgiving feast and a Welcome Home Noe Party. I can't wait for those days and being able to spend time with you again. I miss our conversations soooo much. You really are a mentor to other women and I need you and your words of wisdom in my life. I love and miss you dearly (as I have mentioned a few times before) and want you to take the time you need to heal... Your body knows what it needs to do. I look forward to seeing you soon. Love to you and Alex, Noah & Luke! Tiff

Hi Noe,
I know your boys from "Jam Packed" at church. It is great to see Luke there every Sunday so enthusiastically singing and praising God. He is so cute! I know you are anxious to be home with them. You have many people you don't even know at Spring Hills praying for you. Get well soon,
Carrie Myers

Noe, You are so strong and we continue to pray for your speedy recovery. We were just talking again about how if it weren't for you, we would have never met :) You have done so many great things!

Alex, Noah and Luke, You have all been through so much! Your strength and love for our Father is a testament. Continue to be strong, but also know that we are all here for you whenever you need anything.

God bless you and may he get you home soon.

Noe,
I read the blogs every day and after school when I pick up Logan, we talk about you and how you're doing.
We are both amazed at your strength and your will to get well and see this through!
Keep up the good fight!

Alex, Noah, and Luke,
You are all amazing men! In an earlier blog I wrote how you boys should stand by your Mother like WARRIORS and you have done a fine job!
Now you shall stand by her like KNIGHTS and see her home safely!
