From Alex: Noe is well on her way to recovery! Today she was moved down to the 1st floor Acute Rehabilitation Unit at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital. She is alert and wants to go home! Noe is doing so well with her initial physical and occupational therapy sessions that she is frequently trying to climb out of bed and walk on her own. I try to keep her safe in bed, but then she whispers to me, "You're Mean"!
Noe will have her initial acute rehab PT/OT/Speech therapy assessments tomorrow and we will better know her rehab plan. Please pray that Noe will continue to have a private room. Please pray for the new nursing staff and for strength during her many therapy sessions. We thank you for you not visiting at this time.
"O LORD, you are my God; I will exalt you and praise your name, for in perfect faithfulness you have done marvelous things, things planned long ago." Isaiah 25:1

Noe,
It's so very nice to have you back around! We have all missed you tremedously. Can't wait to see you and help you get back in action. We are all here for you and want to help in any way. Please let us know if there's anything we can do. We love you lots.

Noe,
Hey Girl. I knew you would bounce back way ahead of schedule. I am so happy you can do your rehab here in town. We all thought of you at Christmas time. Audrey very much enjoyed seeing you on Christmas Eve and Santa's Elves told me that it made Santa's night as well. I am looking forward to hearing of continued progress and to have you back home.

Noe, What a Christmas you have given our family...each of us checking for updates on this blog...your recovery was what we wanted for Christmas this year...thank you for reminding my family, and I am sure many more that were praying for you, that faith is the strongest love we all share. Please be patient with your rehab as you continue to become stronger. Much love... Your Bunco Friend, Tammy and Family
Noe,
You gave me a good chuckle this morning. You minded me of "my" Noah when he says I'm mean because I don't give in to something he wants. As we both know it's for your own good, right? Be patient, taking it slow and steady will help you recover faster. Think of a race, whether swimming, cycling or running. Pacing yourself is the key to get you to finish line. I sure to miss talking to you. Take baby steps first and before long you'll be taking off running again real soon.
Big Hug,
Pam
Alex, this Bible on one page is very handy. Use it at the hospital with Noe. http://www.jrsbible.info/bible.htm
Did Noe figure out who is cousin lisa? i'm still wondering...
Call me when you need my physical presence.
Your aunt who is 20 min away, from your old house though ;-)
Noe, congratulations and PRAISE GOD for the continued rebuilding of your cells, nervous system, etc., and His continuing renewal of OUR spirits through you! You continue to be in our prayers night and day. Every day is an adventure, but some are more challenging than others...have patience and HOPE.

Noe~
We are so happy to read of your progress...great job! Such a wonderful Christmas "gift" to all of us! You and your whole family are in our prayers. You are an amazingly strong woman of God and so loved by everyone!
We will continue to pray for your quick recovery. Angie :)
Tell noe if she thinks alex is mean she is lucky I'm not there. Xoxoxoshelley
Alex and Noe,
I'm so reminded of our Andrew when he was recovering from his brain infection. Your willingness to work hard Noe will help you go far in your recovery! Oh how I know how hard it is to still take it slow and steady. However it is the best way! We are praying for you all. For endurance and grace, strength and peace.

"Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth. Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs. Know that the Lord is God. It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, the sheep of his pasture." Ps 100: 1-3
Eh Nei!
Hoomaika'i -Congratulations again for going forward and not looking back because if you did that would just slow you down. I can see that Hawaiian blood in you when you told Alex that he's mean because he won't let you go holo holo down the hallways. Hawaiians do have coconuts for heads and sometimes it's hard to break through. But nonetheless my gang at home are so happy and excited that you are moving on! I absolutely loved to see those pictures with you and the boys as well as Santa and your mom too. You know I might not be able to be there as a visitor but the pictures work for me cause I can connect with them. Anyway before the portagee in me takes over and I can't stop writing let me just say "HAUOLI MAKAHIKI HOU!"
We so look forward to more good news. Remember one more thing......we're related because we got the same Father who watches over us. Such a Great God we have.

Noe,
it's great that you’re in the Memorial rehab where YOU WILL GET STRONGER. Keep working and knowing that your cheering squad is pulling for you. Keep working hard – and resting too! You are trucking along so well. Can’t keep a good woman down!
Val
Yeah, Noe!!!
I loved seeing your picture with 'Santa' and the boys on Christmas! Also loved hearing that you have your sense of humor, are ready to 'get on' with the physical therapy, and are more than anxious to get home!! Noe, now that your body is healing, there's no stopping you!!! You are a living example of one of my favorite bible verses:
Isaiah 40:31
"but those who hope in the Lord
will renew their strength
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint."
Continue to soar, Noe!!
Love,
Nancy Arreola
Good work, Noe! You are one tough mama! Keep at it and know that EVERYONE is route for you and wishing you the best.
